A Customer Service Agent for Customer Engagement Solutions is responsible for providing customer support and assistance to clients using the company's customer engagement platform.
Key responsibilities:
- This includes responding to customer inquiries and issues through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
- The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, be able to effectively troubleshoot technical issues, and have a thorough understanding of the customer engagement platform and its capabilities. Additionally, the Customer Service Agent must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and must have a commitment to providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

Job requirements :
