Responsibilities:
Assist customers in making airline reservations and bookings
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, fares, and travel policies
Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Process customer requests for ticket changes, refunds, and cancellations
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
Qualifications:
• Good to excellent communication skills
• At least HS/SHS graduate
• Non-voice account
• Multi Chat Assessment and Writing email must be completed
• Preferably with CCE but not required
