As a bilingual Customer Support Consultant, you will provide first class customer service clients via phone and e-mail. You are also expected to:
Responsibilities:
Manage customer accounts through high level of consultation
Directly responsible for selling our products and services
Become a product expert that helps advise customers what the best solution to their goals are
Answer questions and troubleshoot issues related to customer's accounts, billing, and products.
Meet daily and monthly revenue targets and other metrics related to adherence, and survey scores
Field inbound contacts from new and existing customers while working within a non-scripted contact flow
Requirements:
Malaysians Only
Mandarin and Cantonese speaker with basic English communication skills.
Experience with Sales and Tech service is a plus
Good Customer Service skills to help customers.
Knowledge of internet, social media and/or small business is highly preferred
Excellent spoken and written communication
Working Hours
5 working days rotational shift
Remuneration
Total Package up to RM 7,300
