To providesupport to customers in handling inquiries and other general customer service support via phone, and e-mails.
Processing, releasing orders & inquiries
Order Management/ Tracking Inquiry
Handling calls and emails for Price and Availability
Resolving complaints and issues
Qualifications
Working practice: Strong attention to details and accuracy. Good interpersonal skills & ability to work with diverse environment.
Experience: 1 year of customer service associate experience.Basic knowledge in SAP system and Power Toolsis a plus. Basic to advance MS application skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Languages: Excellent English communication skills both oral and written
