Qualifications:
Preferably with a Bachelor’s Degree in any Business related course;
Experience/Internship in a Customer Relations Management or equivalent is an advantage
Confident, with a positive and customer-oriented mindset/attitude
Can effectively handle customer complaints
Excellent phone etiquette.
Ability to maintain a calm and polite manner in stressful situations
Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office applications
With good communication and negotiation skills; highly organized and keen attention details.
