Customer Service Associate will be responsible to act as a liaison between a multi-currency mobile wallet and its users through live chat, call or email. The Associate is expected to have excellent communication skills to provide satisfactory solutions to a diverse range of queries
 
Job Description:
Promptly replies to email/chat from users
Answer calls from user or make calls to users when required
Provides a holistic solution to customer queries
Delivers the required service level
Accurately document customer requests
Accurately fill out online forms/sheets
Provides empathy to ensure customer satisfaction
Job Specification:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Has previous email/chat support and call experience or any relevant customer service experience in a BPO setting
Proficient in using MS Office, particularly MS Excel
Excellent problem-solving
