We are looking for a Customer Service Associate that can provide utmost customer service by giving immediate responses and feedback from buyer's queries and requests.
Position Summary and Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree holder / Graduate of any 4-year course
Must have at least 1 year experience in Customer Service (Real estate customer service experience is an advantage)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent Interpersonal Skill
Has the ability to Multi-task
Good Problem-solving Skill
Responsibilities:
Assist customers on their concerns through different channels-walk-in, e-mail, inbound, and sellers.
Endorse clients/buyers' requests to concerned departments and create Dingtalk/Mingyuan ticket/workflow.
Process and monitor approval/disapproval of requests and send management's disposition via e-mail
Send disposition letters to clients regarding approval/disapproval of request
Send birthday greetings to customers via e-mail
Send out informative e-mails regarding project updates, promos, etc.
And all other duties and responsibilities which are not limited to these that may be assigned to you by the management.
