Answers phone calls, attends to walk-in clients and visitors about service information, price inquiries, complaints, follow ups, etc.;
Accurately log all incoming calls in the system for proper documentation and document new inquiries and its respective details as well as action taken and accomplishment on daily basis;
Assist in preparation of MOA, Proposals and Quotations
Be updated on a daily basis about our services;
Coordinate with Laboratory Admin group to resolve concerns and fulfill the needed service of our
current clients;
Sending of standard proposal to prospective customers as well assisting new customers who opts to
avail of our services;
Scheduling of corporate swab collection activities and coordination with the collection and extraction
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree of any 4 year/s course;
At least 1 year experience in Customer Service;
Excellent interpersonal skills;
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
