₱ 30,000.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time
Your day-to-day in a nutshell:
• Answering incoming calls from customers
• Resolving customer inquiries/requests
• Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
• Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
• Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner
What are we looking for?
• Completed 2nd Year College or has earned at least 60 units; Senior High School Graduate / HS Graduate Old Curriculum
• (or)Completed a 2 Year ; Vocational/TESDA Course experience Minimum of 6 months Call Center experience needed
• Knowledgeable of Insurance Environment is an Advantage
• Good Communication skills
• Conversational
