What You'll Do
Handle inbound customer calls and chats professionally
Provide accurate information about products and services
Identify customer needs and qualify potential leads
Endorse warm prospects to the appropriate team
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
What We're Looking For
2 years experience in Customer Service
Experience in cross-selling, upselling, or sales is preferred
Confident, engaging, and persuasive personality
Goal-driven with a strong performance mindset
Willing to work 100% onsite in Bankal, Lapu-Lapu
Amenable to work night shifts
