Responsibilities
Message clients via chat, email, and phone.
Answer inquiries with expertise about the product, the price, and the availability.
Incorporate internal departments to suit the needs of the consumer entry of data across platforms
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age and above
At least a high school graduate with a diploma/certificate
Average to excellent English communication skills
Computer literate and with good web navigation skills
