Customer Service Agent With Call Center Experience (Antipolo City) Up to 22300/Monthly
customer service representative may include the following duties:
-Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
-Resolve customer complaints and issues in a positive and empathetic manner.
-Process customer orders and provide information about products and services.
-Escalate complex customer issues to a supervisor when necessary.
-Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
-Continuously improve customer satisfaction by proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
-Follow established procedures and guidelines for handling customer inquiries.
-Meet performance metrics, such as response time and customer satisfaction scores.
-Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies.
-Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times, even during challenging interactions
TO QUALIFY, CANDIDATE MUST:
- Have at least a SHS Diploma but preferrably with a Bachelor's Degree in any course.
- Be willing to work in Antipolo City
- Have 30-35wpm typing skills.
- Can start immediately
- Willing to work in sifting schedules"
Requirements
