Job Descriptions:
• Taking care of incoming calls and customer support enquiries about phone or mobile phone services, billing issues, or promotional packages.
• Understanding and analyzing client needs in order to satisfy them
• Ensure all calls are logged in the system for proper monitoring and closure
• Timely delivery of appropriate solutions
Qualifications
• At least Senior or High School Graduate
