Customer Service Representatives handle concerns and complaints regarding goods and services. In addition to assisting consumers with returns, upgrades, and purchases, they frequently offer guidance and technical support. Qualifications:
✅ At least 18 years old
✅ At least a high school/senior high school graduate
✅ Good English communication & interaction skills
✅ BPO experience preferred but not required
✅ Amenable to shifting schedules
