Job Summary:
The Customer Sales Engineer is responsible for implementing parts of or major customer service processes for assigned customer segment.
Prospects new sources of KWhr sales
Conducts Macro and Local Economic Scanning of Residential and LGU customers
Manages and monitors pipeline projects
Processes community electrification programs
Manages performance of the Service Application Process
Establishes and maintains meaningful multi-directional relationships toward the formation of a true partnership with Local Government Units and other concerned Agencies
Conducts After-sales and Events Management
Processes and manages Net Metering applications
Handles Zero Export/own use applications, and customers with unauthorized installation of renewables sources
Pushes for value adding products and services, cross-sells energy products and services, including that of Subsidiaries
Qualifications:
Graduate of Electrical Engineer or other related courses
Has knowledge on Philippine Distribution Code, Building Code, Design, or Meralco Process and Standards
Excellent business communication and negotiation skills
Willing to work onsite
