Responsibilities:
 
To develop and execute effective CRM strategies that drive player engagement, retention, and loyalty across various segments of the customer base.
Support in developing, testing and implementing strategies that lead to the growth of the Gaming customer base and drive sales & traffic, leveraging CRM, Loyalty and Reward programs.
Analyze customer data to identify and segment players based on behavior, preferences, and value, enabling personalized and targeted communication.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and special offers, using segmentation to tailor content based on player preferences.
Conduct A/B tests to optimize web or delivery channel content, design, and timing for better engagement and conversion rates, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the loyalty program, making data-driven recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
Prepare regular reports on key CRM metrics, campaign performance, and player behavior, presenting insights and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
Keep track of the content on site, such as banners and
promotion pages.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in the areas of Business Administration, Marketing.
Proven experience in a similar CRM or marketing role within the online gaming or gaming industry is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to improve CRM marketing strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create engaging web content and effectively communicate with players and team members.
Familiarity with CRM tools and email marketing platforms, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar data analysis software.
A solid understanding of the online gaming industry, including different game types, player behavior, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Ability to develop innovative and appealing CRM campaigns to engage players and drive retention.
A collaborative and cooperative attitude to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Fluent verbal and written English, Tagalog & Cebuano language.
