Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Relations Officer with strong experience in resolving customer concerns and providing effective, timely solutions. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, confident, matured, and consistently uphold professionalism and strong work ethics. They must demonstrate critical thinking, sound judgment, and problem-solving skills.
You will be required to visit and support our clinics and stores in SM Cebu, SM Seaside and IT Park ensuring exceptional service at each location.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Maintain strong communication with clients through phone, email, and other customer service channels
Provide accurate information, solutions, and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions for proper tracking and reporting
Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and quality guidelines
Maintain a calm, firm, and professional approach when handling difficult or demanding customers
Identify and escalate complex issues to management when necessary
Keep updated client records and ensure confidentiality of all customer information.
Qualifications:
At least a vocational diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or any related field (Preferably but not required).
At least 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or client relations.
Knowledge of skincare, facial treatments, or beauty products is an advantage.
Willingness to learn and adapt to company policies and evolving customer trends.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Meticulous attention to detail for managing customer records, transactions, and follow-ups.
Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Highly goal-oriented with striving to meet and exceed objectives.
Proactive in identifying and addressing customer issues, employing strong analytical and decision-making skills to provide immediate solutions.
Someone who can start ASAP.
