Job Descriptions:
The Customer Quality Improvement Specialist works with various members of the healthcare team, hospital departments, and administration to solve problems that patients & families may have with the goal of facilitating a positive patient experience when they avail the services of the hospital.
Qualifications:
• Certified or has gained extensive experience in:
• Lean - Six Sigma Methodology
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering or Quality Assurance.
• Organizing and deployment of kaizen events
• Experienced and passionate process improvement leader and educator (formal or informal), with proven problem solving experiences.
• Has strong background in process improvement.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary groups.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Significant work experience in customer service.
• Customer focused mindset and has adaptability to different personality types.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary groups.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications particularly MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.
• Proven customer support experience or has expertise in the area of customer service in healthcare setting is an advantage.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
