Fast-paced, growing online retail company based in Ireland offering an exciting opportunity to join our team. Our company, Memotech Limited, is a leading Irish provider of IT and security equipment and services.
The Position
This role involves managing the customers order after in has been placed - you will ensure that inventory is ordered from suppliers and shipped to the customer in a timely fashion. You will assist customers with all after sales queries such as lost or damaged orders, returns, entry level technical support and other after sales queries.
You will also be responsible for processing orders, dealing with product suppliers, managing logistics and some administration work. This will include organising outbound deliveries and recording goods inwards to our stock system.
The position is a 6 month contract with a view to permanent role after 6 months. The position is full time with 5 days per week, from 9am to 6pm Irish Standard Time Start date as soon as possible.
Place of Work
Our team works primarily remotely and you will have the below options available if you are successful in your application:
Work from our offices in Makati City, Manila
Work from home. For this option, all equipment will be provided and you must have a private space and high quality Internet available.
Time Zone
You will be working in Irish Standard Timezone (GMT+1) 09:00 - 18:00 Mon - Fri. Please ensure this is suitable for you before applying,
About You
The ideal candidate will have some experience in customer service and administration and a strong interest in developing their customer service skills. A friendly phone manner and a calm and professional approach to resolving any customer queries is essential.
Full training in our products and systems will be given to the successful candidate.
You should be fully computer literate with experience in using email and Google Docs. Experience using Hubspot CRM is a plus
Duties and Responsibilities
The position will include but will not be limited to:
Processing customers orders over the telephone
Liaising with the sales team in preparing quotations with suitable product information.
Fulfilling orders - organising product delivery/installation
Dealing with after sales queries and product returns.
General administrative duties
Dealing with entry level after sales technical support issues and passing more complex issues to the technical team
Skills Required
Confident, professional and friendly phone manner essential
Ability to multi-task and handle day-to-day activities while working under pressure
High level of initiative and drive to exceed the customer's expectations
Self-starter, self-motivated with ability to work on own initiative
Attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
Good knowledge of computers, Internet and buying online
1 year experience working in administration, purchasing or customer service required.
Remuneration
Competitive starting salary of 21,000 - 26,000 per month depending on the candidate
Bonus available for meeting monthly metrics
Progression to senior administration or customer service position available for those who excel in the role
Payslip issued and salary paid in PHP via our Philippines subsidiary
Excellent level of written and spoken English required.
