About Your Client:
Your US-based client helps real estate agents better market their properties.
What You Will Do:
Primary Tasks:
Complete all tasks found in the app before these are due and ensure the task queue is clear before the end of the day (which includes completing all related subtasks and deliverables and using correct templates or guides based on the task and scenario).
Respond to customer emails, calls, and texts promptly (per established response timeframe matrix), leaving nothing outstanding at the end of the day.
Complete listing review and referral initiation process by the end of each day.
Go To Tasks:
Complete tasks in a timely, organized, and careful fashion.
Follow processes and templates closely.
Be comfortable asking questions if you need help understanding something.
Effectively solve customer inquiries/problems via inbound/outbound phone calls, email, online chat, SMS and other channels in a comprehensive and timely manner (MUST be confident, patient, and personable on the phone).
Take detailed call notes and organize takeaways to highlight key points and action items.
Identify trends and suggest improvements to processes, policies, and services to ensure a quality customer experience.
Maintain pristine records of day-to-day activity.
Develop metrics to measure the growth and performance of the customer support and operational workflow, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, while providing reports as needed.
Arrange, coordinate, and take detailed notes during meetings and conference calls.
Provide general office support as needed.
Maintain the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
