About this role
We are looking for an experienced, motivated Customer Happiness Specialist with high attention to detail to join VIDA. As a Customer Happiness Specialist, you will report to VIDA's Customer Service Team Lead and have to be able to put yourself in the customers' shoes and remain helpful, patient, positive, and cheerful. Your Responsibilities
Act as point of contact for customers through Email
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Documents and provide reports for common inquiries such as top reasons from clients sending emails
Report on success key performance indicators to the Team Lead
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Identify and act as a company ambassador at all times
Be professional
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
2 - 3 years of customer service experience
Has the ability to work under pressure and under minimal supervision
Has excellent communication skills and with outgoing personality and confidence
Comfortable to handle email communication in a professional way
Zendesk and Shopify experience is preferred
Some experience in merchandising or e-commerce campaigns with a client support role
Background in fashion, retail, health, or e-commerce
Basic knowledge of MS Excel

We offer
The position is a part-time role and is 100% remote. We are ideally looking for someone who is based offshore and can start immediately. Working hours are in the PST timezone. The role comes with a $3.5 per hour salary and the company provides a quarterly stipend for benefits in addition to the salary.
