NO SUNDAY SHIFT Must be amenable to work onsite in Naga. Transportation allowance is ON US! Paid training starts on January 30 IATF Guidelines for Onsite Workers Fully Vaccinated: Need to submit a copy of vaccine card as proof. Partially Vaccinated: New hires should submit a copy of their vaccine card that shows the 2nd dose schedule. If 2nd dose hasn't expired - no need for COVID test. If 2nd dose expired but there is supporting docs to prove that it wasn't the employees fault to miss the session (ex. Vaccines not available, scheduling issues from LGU / agency), no need for COVID test but supporting proof is a must If 2nd dose has expired because of employee oversight, employee needs to COVID Test once every 2 weeks until employee completes vaccination. Not Vaccinated: ProbeCX (formerly Stellar Philippines): will shoulder the first instance of new hires or returning employees to onsite. Probe Group Philippines Inc: new hire will shoulder the covid testing / antigen testing. For both companies, employees will shoulder the antigen testing once every 2 weeks until vaccination has started.
