Educates customer and lead their assisted digital journey. Engages new & existing customers with Globe products and services.
Assist walk-in subscribers with their concerns and queries.
· Sells all products and services to walk in customers.
· Performs product demonstrations.
· Accept, screen, evaluate and approve of documents received from subscribers,
· Practice timely and efficient customer delivery thereby achieving targets for the entire team
· Ensure proper monitoring and resolution of after-sales transactions.
· Ensure proper monitoring and timely transmittal of all subscriber documents to the Credit Library.
