Customer Development Executive (NEGROS)
This position is based in Negros, Philippines.

What Will You Do
The Customer Development Executive is accountable for achieving sales goals through the acquisition and development of new customers and expansion of the product line within the existing customer base. Among his responsibilities are-
Negotiates, closes orders and prepares quotes.
Schedules appointments for a large territory/client base and meets with existing customers, seeking to expand the business market share.
Provides information and support as required to secure sales.
Organizes support from other departments as needed to assist in achieving objectives.
Identifies gaps in support and notifies management.
Develops sales of new products and searches for new areas in which to sell existing products.
Review past trends and sales to customers in order to gain future sales.
Prepares reports detailing sales activities and identifying issues that need to be addressed.
Provides recommendations for addressing issues where possible.
Informs company of activities or competitive intelligence in the field to assist in business and product planning.
Reviews own sales performance against objectives and adjusts focus as indicated to achieve sales goals.
Studies and fulfills territory coverage plan which defines the type of support and frequency of customer contact required to meet territory goals.
Adjusts plan to meet coverage gaps.
This job is not eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions.

Qualifications
Job Qualifications
3+ years Key Account Management, Sales or Business Development experience is a must with proven sales track record and business development in driving account deals and acquisition
Must have completed a Bachelor's degree (sales or business management is an advantage)
Preferably with background and experience in FMCG (non-food categories) retail environment and distribution, with strong commercial and analytical skills
Demonstrates leadership experience to maintain a high quality performing team
Strong relationship and stakeholder management with excellent communication and negotiation skills
Must have strong communication skills and stakeholder management
Ability to negotiate with customers, Ability to drive process improvements amidst complexity
Leadership potential - should be Ready Now for current Customer Development Leadership Team Position
Should be proficient in computer applications
Good driving skills and has a valid driver's license
