What you will do
Existing systems
Manages (new) requirements for existing systems (Helpdesk+, QCM, MyLogin) and communicates with IT for complete implementation. Planning and deliverables.
Updates procedure and flow change and deployment for said system
Supports user trouble shotting (1st line) and communicates with IT.
Reports Bugs and follows up to completion
Updates systems with new acquired data (ex. Masterfile) periodically.
New systems
Support requirements of new systems (either as Project Leader or assisting Project Leader) from definition until conclusion.
Develops procedures, flows, aligning with stakeholders and deploys to affected teams.
Report on status to stakeholders
Owner of group email, forward to respective people.
DN process owner and admin
Participation in multi-functional project teams for data availability improvements
Identification of opportunities to enhance and streamline current processes
Other tasks that may be requested in line with the Job Position
What you will need
At least 2 years of experience in data processing
Project management skills (planning, KPIs def)
Some IT knowledge is desirable
Data science knowledge
Close attention to details
Very good communication skills verbally and written (English)
Strong team-focus across multiple locations
Self-motivated
Systematic and assertive work style
Cross cultural work experience is helpful
Drive for improvement
