Job Description
Responsibilities:
Responds promptly and professionally to incoming customer queries in person, by phone or by email
Performs a range of staff or operational support activities
Serves as a liaison with other departments on basic administrative or operational matters
Maintains, processes and updates files, records, certificates, and other documents
Responsible for interment scheduling and monitoring of clients insurance from enrollment up to claims
Requirements:
College Graduate, preferably Business-related course
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Proficient knowledge of customer service
Proficient in Microsoft applications and other computer applications
With good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to maintain calm and polite in stressful situations
Knowledge on the insurance process is an advantage
One year of previous admin assistant is a plus.
