Job Description
Metacom is urgently hiring for Customer Care Representative in Batangas Area!
Job Responsibilities:
. Conducting customer satisfaction surveys
. Following up with customers to ensure resolution of their issues
. Handling customer requests for refunds or exchanges
. Conducting market research and customer profiling
. Adhering to company policies and regulations
Job Requirements:
With basic computer knowledge
Good to excellent English communication skills
At least College Undergraduate
Amenable to work onsite
Amenable to work in shifting schedule
