About the role
The Customer Care Officer provides Quality services to various Nexperia organizations including but not limited to creation of Production Part Approval Process Report (PPAP) and Qualification Package Report (QP) using multi-site tools and Nexperia databases.
What you will do
Consolidation of technical product data
Support of external databases via web interfaces to provide Nexperia product data
Reliable and timely reporting and delivering on KPI's
Participation in multi-functional project teams for data availability improvements
Identification of opportunities to enhance and streamline current processes
What you will need
Industrial business related university or college degree, or
Technical or Quality university or college degree
At least 2 years of experience in data processing
Experience in automotive quality tools is an advantage
Experienced MS office tools user
Industrial business related university or college degree
Experienced MS office tools user
Data processing knowledge
Technical understanding
Very good communication skills in word and writing (English)
Strong team-focus across multiple locations
Self-motivated
Systematic and assertive work style
Cross cultural work experience is helpful
