Customer Care Agent - Healthcare Account
Salary: PHP15000/month
Location: Cebu City
Responsibilities:
• Answering incoming calls from customers
• Resolving customer inquiries/requests
• Developing and maintaining accurate files
• Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Qualifications:
18 years of age and above
A Filipino citizen or hold relevant residence status
High School Grad (old curriculum) or SHS Grad (new curriculum)
Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing
Excellent English communication skills
