About the role
The Customer Care administrator will help manage PPAPs and PCNs by uploading files into the customer portals, request and coordinate information with Business Groups Helpdesks and Sales Quality Engineers, communicating to internal and external customers, and other tasks/ services as required. Below is list of possible tasks:
What you will do
Consolidation of technical product data from internal teams
Support external databases via web interfaces to provide Nexperia product data
Reliable and timely reporting and delivering on KPI's
Participation in multi-functional project teams in United States for data availability improvements
Identification of opportunities to enhance and streamline current processes
Coordinate with internal (Global Sales Managers and BG Teams) and external customers for processing of requests (i.e. SCR, PPAP, samples, etc.)
Process and monitor IMDS and PPAP requests from external customers
Process Supplier Change Notifications and updates
Coordinate and communicate with external customers on SCR, PCN and PPAP via email, chat and Team calls
Uploads requested files to the corresponding customer's portals
Other tasks that may be requested in line with the Job Position

Very good English communication skills in word and writing
