Troubleshooting ability
Scenario-based ability based on tools available (choose between options)
Very well spoken and written to help participants understand something they currently don't
Detail-oriented
Ability to continue to learn as it's not common to feel confident until they've been doing the job for about 6 months
Following experience is a must: healthcare, insurance, payroll
Amenable to work on night shift
