3-5 years proven experience in Marketing and Sales, Account Executive Position.
Responsibilities:
Project management of projects and SIA / 3rd Party Airframe Checks.
Highlight and escalate any slippages that will threaten the success of the project.
Engaging all stakeholders to have visibility of every critical phase of the project (tender phase, quotation phase, commercial/ contractual phase, work scope definition, planning, preparation, execution and billing)
Responsible for functioning as a single point of contact for the various parties involved (both external & internal).
Driving the project/Airframe check to achieve the intended goals determined at the start of the project.
To attend the contract brief pertaining to the General Terms of Agreement.
Liaise with Sales Executive for the contract (billing/charging rules) and understand the deliverables and commercial terms of the aircraft check contract.
Attending to customer disputes on billing and providing justifications.
Ensure that all final reviewed billing are aligned with contractual agreement.
To do other tasks that may be assigned by the Marketing & Sales Department from time to time.-Requirements- Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
