Job Description
Qualifications:
Minimum five (5) years of experience in curriculum and instructional design
Familiarity in the use of various e-Learning tools (e.g., Storyline, Articulate, Captivate, LMS, etc.)
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
Bachelor's degree
Responsibilities and Duties:
Collaborates with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SME) to develop a cohesive curriculum design aligned with the learning objectives and needs for the targeted audience.
Develop a comprehensive instructional plan with the content structure based on learning principles and methodologies.
Creates effective and engaging learning experiences through the use of various tools and approaches.
Writes scripts and creates storyboard for print, audio and video content.
Conducts research to enrich and develop content, as needed.
