Work closely with Field Service Engineers, Report and Coordinate to Service Operations Supervisor (VisMin), Technical Support Supervisor/Manager, Operations Manager and AME's. * Carry out instructions to achieve operational performance goals;
Monitor echnicians' job performance to ensure all field service interventions are carried out within set timeframe;
Analyze and reduce repeat job rates to improve efficiency;
Provide technical support to CTS sales personnel on preparation of quotations;
Assist service planner to execute and minimize WIP;
Assess and develop technical team's skill and competency.
Provide technical assistance to customer inquiry through 24-hr service hotline. Make sure all calls are logged.
Field Service role * Ensure the technicians promptly provide service recommendations to customer and internal follow up.
Coordinate assignments of Service Technicians /Field Service Engineers and ensure that everyone has been given a service job.
Ensure all technicians/ FSE's are using MAM.
Assist technicians in solving difficult or complex problem in field.
Handle customer inquiries/problems associated with their equipment installations.
Monitor and control all quality and safety standard of work & implement corrective actions if required.
Ensure all FSE's are equip with complete PPE's
Maintain good housekeeping of workshop, tools and equipment and consumables.
Ensure the technicians' work and co-ordination produce best customer satisfaction.

What we expect of you
Sales and product promotion/demonstration experience
Flexible responsiveness to customers' production demands - this can occasionally
working outside normal working hours * You are a self-starter who will take ownership of meeting the customer's needs
Ability to work independently while reporting remotely to the regional head office
Familiarity with manufacturing/production or assembly-plant working conditions
is desirable * Experience working in a workshop/repair environment is desirable
Microsoft Office suite competence
Valid driver's license
