Agents are required to deal directly with retail stores, couriers, warehouse, drop ship vendors and in-house contact escalation team.
Requirements
We are urgently looking for call center agents who:
1 year plus customer service experience in a contact center
Good to excellent communication skills Sound grasp of online shopping
Can handle stressful customers calmly and professionally.
Experience working in a high-volume environment.
Works well as part of a team
Always willing to go the extra mile for the customer.
No attendance issue from previous employer.
