Job Qualifications:
Must possess at least a college degree in any field.
Experience in customer service or handling of international clients.
Knowledgeable of basic computer operations (MS Office).
Must be willing to work in shifting schedules. Able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and public holidays
Excellent communication skills.
The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
Good sales ability.
Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
CSR experience in the online gaming industry, ideally in the Asian-facing gaming market- ideally in the APAC region is a plus.
