₱ 50,000.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time Remote
Salary:
-Php 50,000 basic pay
-Php 1,000 flex fund allowance
Qualifications:
- Registered nurse, US and PH
- with valid US license (valid at least 6 months)
- having a valid PRC license (valid at least 6 months)
- at least one year of bedside experience
- willing to work graveyard shifts or other erratic hours
- work at home setup temporarily - willing to migrate to Manila
- Willing to Work on Quezon City's Bridgetowne
- willing to work ASAP
For a transient WAH setup:
- Requires a solid Internet connection (at least 50mbps)
- ready to upgrade if speed is less than 50 mbps
Job Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming and outgoing calls from patients and medical professionals.
•Examine medical claims for eligibility and make a determination.
•Coordinate with specialists and providers when determining if claims are valid.
•Inform patients of the outcome of claim validation.
Benefits :

- 20% night shift differential
- Php 1000 for WAH (without connectivity)
- 13th month pay
upon production:
- elegibility for variable pay (maximum of Php 3,500) plus US license renewal maximum of 2 states
upon regulization:
- pay stated above + leave benefits, 1 free HMO dependent
upon certification:
- Php 4,000 account premium allowance
signing bonus:
php 1000,000.00
Account premium (Tenure premium) - Php 50,000.00 crediting spread from 13th month up to 24th month of employment
