As a Customer Service Representative (Travel Account), you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to customers who are booking travel arrangements or experiencing issues related to their travel bookings. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and work to resolve their issues while providing a positive and memorable customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls and emails related to travel bookings, reservations, cancellations, and general inquiries
Manage customer complaints and resolve issues related to travel bookings and itineraries
Provide customers with accurate information related to travel destinations, flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services
Process changes or modifications to customer travel bookings as needed
Handle and process customer payments and refunds
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, airline policies, and travel regulations
Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve departmental goals and targets
Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Uphold the company's values and mission by providing exceptional customer service and promoting a positive brand image
Requirements
Minimum education level: Senior high school
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Customer service, Customer Support
