The Customer Service Representative (Travel Account) is responsible for assisting customers with their travel-related queries and concerns. They serve as the primary point of contact for customers and provide exceptional service that meets or exceeds their expectations. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing information on travel-related products and services such as flights, hotel bookings, car rentals, and tour packages.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provide guidance and support to customers during the booking process, including assistance with online bookings, cancellations, and changes to travel itineraries.
Provide recommendations and suggestions to customers based on their travel needs and preferences.
Maintain accurate and detailed customer records, ensuring that all information is entered correctly into the system.
Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in policies and procedures related to the travel industry.
Meet performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and average handling time.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Senior high school
Language(s): English
