What you'll need to qualify:
• Completed at least 2 years in college with 1-year call center experience
• For those who completed below 2 years of college education or Junior High School, candidate must have at least 2 years of Telco (BPO or non BPO) experience
• Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
• Handy with MS Windows and other computer applications
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
What your typical day will consist of:
• Consult customers on products and services to provide the best solutions for their needs by a variety of communication channels that could include voice, email or chat
• Answer questions and inquiries related to billing and rate plan changes
• Provide basic data product, technical support and troubleshooting services to customers
• Sell and up-sell products and services that would fit customer needs
• Responsible for customer service retention by offering various product deals and services
• Respond to inquiries with active listening - identifying additional needs and support any upgrades in products and services
