The Customer Service Representative (Telecommunications Account) is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients of a telecommunications company. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding telecommunications products and services, including mobile phones, internet services, and cable TV.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provide guidance and support to customers during the sign-up process, including assistance with account creation, billing, and payment processing.
Identify and escalate complex customer issues to appropriate teams or managers as necessary.
Maintain accurate and detailed customer records, ensuring that all information is entered correctly into the system.
Collaborate with other departments such as sales and technical support to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in policies and procedures related to telecommunications products and services.
Meet performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and average handling time.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Senior high school
Language(s): English
