Qualifications:
At least High School Diploma/Certificate with 1-year of solid work experience related to Customer Service
Bachelor's/College Degree or finished at least 1st year in college with or without experience
Willing to work on holidays, weekends, shifting schedules and extended working hours (NO Part-Time)
Computer literate and with good web navigation skills
Must have good English communication skills
Can START ASAP
 
For Work At Home set-up:
Minimum upload speed:10 MBPS   
Minimum download speed: 20 MBPS
Wired connection from modem/router to PC
Conductive workspace away from distractions
Highly stable internet connection with no packet loss
Laptop/Desktop with at least i5 processor
 
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries
Provide customers with product and service information
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
