₱ 14,000.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time
Your day-to-day in a nutshell:
Answering incoming calls from customers
Resolving customer inquiries/requests
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner

20% Night Differential
Day 1 HMO
HMO for 1 dependent upon regularization
Qualifications:
•Completed 2 years in college (with at least 72 units) + 6 months BPO experience in any industry.
•Graduates of a 4 year course with 3 months BPO Experience
• Has a good customer service orientation
• Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing
•Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
