Qualifications:
. Must have at least 3 months of experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) call center environment
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
. Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
. Strong multitasking and time management abilities
. Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, if required
. High school diploma or equivalent additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
