The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers of a retail account. The CSR will answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on products and services. They will be expected to work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the best possible customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate and detailed information about products, services, and promotions.
Resolve customer complaints and issues by investigating and taking appropriate action.
Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional customer service.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
Meet or exceed customer service targets and goals.
Stay up-to-date with product and service offerings, as well as industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Senior high school
Language(s): English
