Good day! Sundust Bros Corporation is hiring Customer Service Agent - Tandang Sora, Quezon City (stay-out)
Qualifications:
1.) College graduate
2.) With at least 6 months of CSR experience
3.) Technologically savvy
4.) Above average verbal and written communication skills
5.) With own laptop - can connect to the internet, has google chrome and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Main responsibilities include:
1. Understand and document client concerns
2. Report documented client concerns
3. Answer and resolve client concerns based on the system and process knowledge-base
4. Prepare reports of all reported concerns
5. Will work in Congressional office and with on-site work in Quezon City hall
Contract: project-based employment contract of one year only (May 2021-May 2022) with a possibility of extension
Salary: Php 537/ day plus Php 1,000.00/ month laptop fee
