Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for any patient / customer who has inquiries regarding the hospital's services and Physician's schedules.
- Process and schedule patients for admission, check-up and laboratory procedure appointments.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of any medical related course i.e. BS Biology, BS Medical Science, BS Nursing, BS Medical Technology and the like
- With atleast 1-3 years in a voice account supporting PH or US Based Medical Account
- Applicants with previous HMO support experience is a PLUS!
- Must be willing to work in Cainta, Junction
- Must be open to shifting schedule
- Strong English, written and oral, communication skills.
- Must be highly organized with excellent multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritize activities effectively
New hire orientation will start on June 27, 2022 (Monday).
