We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative - English and Japanese Speaker for an onsite assignment (graveyard shift) to start immediately.

Key responsibilities:
Customer Support (70%)
Responding to incoming inquiries from all channels (email and chat, social media) as needed and provide pre/during/post-sales support
Monitor all open and pending completion of support tickets to ensure completion within service level agreements
Provide support to our customers with regards to software activation, issues related to software, technical issues - technical requirements, computer compatibility etc
Growth Hacking (30%)
Identify and hunt future photo influencers from our software: Social influencers, bloggers, photojournalists, manager of photo clubs or associations, trainers, contest organizers
Identify the relevance of listing them by analyzing the content of their blog, website, social networks
List these photo influencers in our CRM
Ideal candidate for the role:
You are ideally a photo enthusiast with a knowledge of the environment and vocabulary will help you stand out!
Excellent verbal and written English and Japanese Language/Communication Skills
You know how to use digital and sourcing tools
Listening effectively, analyzing & empathizing to customer's problem and the secret to making open-ended questions
Average Typing Speed of 45-50 WPM
Excellent and able to Multi-task on the following: 
Answering email inquiries
Able to do Inbound Calls
Able to do Outbound Calls for Callbacks
Fast learner & highly trainable with good analytical skills
Team player and able to work with less supervision
Knowledge using Microsoft Excel Files
Good problem solver & has a Positive attitude
Must be willing to work graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays
Well-organized, responsible, and has initiative
Independent with a positive work ethic and passion to succeed
Willing to start immediately.
