Job Description
Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling large amounts of customer calls. The main responsibility is to provide all the necessary answers and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Completed 2 years in college (with at least 72 units) + 6 months customer service experience in any industry.
Graduates of a 4 year course with or without work experience may apply.
Has a good customer service orientation
Has good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing
Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
Willing to work onsite
