Qualification
- Proficient in MS Office Application with advanced MS Excel skills
- Analytical Data Driven
- Skilled in extraction of data from multiple sources
- Creative at building reports to visualize data in story telling fashion
- Can ramp up quickly and is familiar with call center reporting and metrics
- Ability to decipher trends in data
- Ability to catch data discrepancies and highlights
- Ability to view data and highlight changes that indicate movement in metrics
- Familiar with database query languages (SQL) reporting from Amazon, Aspect WFM Microstrategy and similar BI tools
Requirements
